I love a gin and tonic more than the average person and let’s be frank: tonic water is expensive if you’re a regular imbiber. This diet tonic water syrup is as good as a generic grocery store tonic water without costing a dollar per liter. There is a bit of sweetness to the flavor, but it’s more on the bitter side than a lot of the store ones. I’m quite delighted by it personally and I find myself enhancing some of my other soda stream syrups with a dash or two of this tonic syrup as well.

This is really good — tastes like the real thing. I do have to use a lot each time, for each bottle I fizz, and this stuff is expensive.
