I really like the comfort of this product. I have noticed a difference after the first night. I did not move around in bed trying to find a comfortable positions. My back feels much better when I wake up in the morning. I plan on buying one for my daughter who has similar back problems.

The quality like other Serenilite products is high quality. My problem is that I am a side sleeper and also very short, the knee pillow was just a bit too big. My suggestion would be to also make a smaller size. It does work well to keep my knees separated while on my back though.Serenity does a great PR job of promoting their products and also very informative. Willis the creator and his staff are always ready to help and have many innovative ideas.

My fiance is so happy with it. He has had a meniscus tear surgery & he feels the pillow is a GOD Send. It keeps his knees apart without issue. He sleeps better & is more comfortable with this product than another one.

After reading the reviews about this pillow being too firm, I knew it was exactly what my husband was looking for. Most leg pillows are very soft and flatten when placed between your knees. My husband did not want this. This pillow is firm and doesn't squash when you use it.

I'm 6' tall and it runs from knee to crotch. If I push it down low enough so I don't feel like I'm on a horse I can't bend my legs. It also seem like it's an extrusion and is cut with a hot wire to size so one end is stiff.It's pretty but there were large clumps of fiber sticking out in numerous places that I had to cut off.Too inexpensive to bother returning.

Would have liked the foam a little stiffer, otherwise I got what I thought I was getting. I like the cover, worked to relieve my hip pain the first night. Thanks!

Finally! I’m not waking up with an ache in my lower back anymore! I’m a side sleeper and every morning I had an ache above my hip which would last for a couple of hours after I got out of bed. Thanks to this pillow, it’s gone!
