My son love this electric scooter it’s smooth, sturdy, and makes getting around so much easier. The battery lasts long enough for his daily rides, and it charges pretty quickly too. I have tried it too and It’s fun to ride, handles bumps well, and feels safe thanks to good brakes and lights. Overall, it’s a great buy for anyone who wants an easy, eco-friendly way to travel short distance!

Bought as a gift for my son for his birthday. worked fine the first time he used it and it was fully charged. Now he went to use it a second time and it will not even turn on. we tried trouble shooting and that didn't even help. so upset ad this was and expensive gift for it not to work. bought one already and this one isn't working so upset and so is my son. cant even return it back to AMAZON (Sorry some people shop ahead of birthdays)

They send you a spare tire and smaller parts encase something is lost and we had an incident where the throttle was broken. We reached out to the company and they sent a replacement part right away! It works perfect and is absolutely a great scooter. We had to limit the speed for my son but he loves it! Ps. Sorry for the long vid attached it’s the only one I have currently.

It's light and does the 30 km/hr as specified. If you run it full speed in sport mode the battery will drain pretty fast so this is a great scooter for fairly short communtes or trips. If you have a long scoot you may run the battery to zero and require recharging. Advise for longer scoot that you go slower, use Eco mode. This is to be expected because both motor and battery are light compared to scooters that are more expensive and much heavier. If you ride into a stiff wind it will slow down a lot. In other words, good speed but fairly low torque. I'm a light person (around 140 pounds) so keep that in mind. Don't know how well this would propel a heavy person. Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that the power button has to be pushed quite hard to turn on the scooter. Switching between modes isn't always intuitive/responsive but I always get it there with some adjustment. The limitations due to the battery capacity and motor size are to be expected. Also there is no way that I could find to put this into service mode in order to customize the controls. Not an issue for most people. Worth noting that this model (EC6) doesn't have Bluetooth.
