Works great. Nice size can price is right. Sprays perfectly. As soon as I feel soreness or any other muscle / Injury and I need to play on I spray this directly on it. Prob about 4 inches away and it feels like I just stick it in an ice bowl for about 5 mins.

Excellent for IM injection numbing and treating minor burns
I've been using cold-sprays like this for a few years, to numb my skin prior to intramuscular injections.I found it also works really well for treating burns! The pain goes away instantly and with minor burns (from the kitchen or hot tools) you don't even end up with a scar or blister!At the current price they're good value for money. But, if they go up I'll simply shop around again and find the cheapest brand.

No Cooling Effect Whatsoever
Have used many types of freeze spray with varying degrees of success, so wanted to give this one a shot based on reviews. It didn't work at all. Provided no pain relief, or ANY type of cooling effect. Had to contact Amazon to receive a refund.
