Title: Good quality ubiquinol CoQ10 supplement that’s easy to take
I regularly take CoQ10 supplements so I was interested to try this ubiquinol version. Ubiquinol is the active form of CoQ10 that the body can use directly, which some people prefer as the body becomes less efficient at converting standard CoQ10 as we get older. The softgels themselves are smooth and easy to swallow and I did not notice any unpleasant aftertaste. They are a fairly typical supplement capsule size and went down easily with water. The bottle arrived sealed and the capsules were not sticky or clumped together like some oil based supplements can be. What I liked • Contains ubiquinol which is the active form of CoQ10 • 100 mg dose which is a commonly used daily amount • Softgels are easy to swallow • No strong smell or aftertaste Things to consider • Like most supplements, this is something you usually take over time rather than noticing an immediate effect. Overall this seems like a good quality CoQ10 supplement and an easy addition to a daily routine. Hopefully this helps anyone considering trying it.

I have taken COQ10 before but I've never felt good like I do after I take Qunol COQ10. I feel better. I believe when they say it's absorbed better. My cardiologist put me on COQ10 for my heart. I chose Qunol because of better absorption. I'm so glad I did. I highly recommend it!

Whoa! I noticed a huge difference after starting this supplement. I was dubious that it would do much and have never experienced such a notable increase in energy from a supplement before. I am 41 so maybe my body really was starting to produce too little CoQ10 and this was desperately needed? I don't know, but I'm a fan. My energy lasts through the day but I still sleep well at night. No side effects yet, and it's been about 3 weeks.
