Q: Are these size watches good fit for 7 inch wrist?

New ones are 38mm, on smaller side. The 40s would look good on a 7 inch wrist.

Q: Does it come with a rectangular or square case box? with a menu and warranty card also? Thank you!

I recall a square box. Do not recall warranty card, though it is entirely possible that it has one. I have about ten Orients. They all work. Some for a long time.

Q: Will this be proper fit for a 7 inch wrist??

This is more of a preference, however I have a larger wrist and I still like how the watch looks on my wrist even at 38mm.
