These really helped me when I was dealing with terrible lower back pain. I was able to wear them at work without anyone noticing and they provided a lot of relief with the heat. They were definitely worth the money and they last a long time. Very easy to put on and comfortable to wear.

These are handy back and hip heat wraps. You can wear discreetly underneath your clothing. We took them on vacation where we could not have an electric heating pad and they worked great. They don’t get super hot so they don’t burn your skin. Just a comfortable warm heat.

The heat wraps work great but I'd say 12-ish hours tops for how long they last. Also, nothing to do with the wraps themselves but the getting what you pay for part of the product. This product shows the box showing 10 wraps. I open the paper packaging from Amazon and see this (see picture)... 10 wraps, packed inside one square of seran wrap. The heat wraps are *AIR* activated. Why tf do you ship them in a single square of seran wrap... NO box? STOP screwing customers!

Effective, comfortable, lasts until bedtime. I have used this product for several years when I strain my back. The heat is moderate but effective in relieving the tightness which often causes further pain. It does not take up space like a true brace/support would and does not limit movement. It's made of a light but strong elastic material with Velcro-like attachment. It is unnoticeable while wearing. More heat is felt while sitting, but not to an uncomfortable extent. It is only a one-day use product and can be tossed in the trash once cool.
