Love this lunch box - the zippers mid way helps prevent it from getting caught with paper towels I give to my kids for lunch as well! But also a downside as they take the food out to eat vs eat from inside the lunch box, but they manage! Very adorable and durable for the cost.

This is nice & sturdy, fits my bento box & other items. It also cleans up really well - accidentally left a plum in, which had gotten bright red juice everywhere and it leaked through to where it was visible on the outside - I threw it in the washing machine & it came out clean and in great condition

Great for elementary aged kids. Zippers held up great! Love this colors but the material is very hard to keep clean.

Held up the whole school year with no rips or tears. Good size. Perfect size for a Bento Box plus juice box. Colors/Graphics are bright and fun.

I bought this for my daughter to take to daycare for her lunch with a bentology box. It has enough room for the box and I can also add an ice pack and / or a bib. If you're going to get a bento style lunchbox, one of these is a great addition to keep the food cool, and to ensure that the bento box stays closed. (the bentology box I bought to go with this does not stay closed that well but this case keeps it shut so it's not an issue.)It's easy to clean the inside but you wouldn't want to spill a large amount of liquid in it, but that's the case with any cloth lunch box.

Bento is just all around a great brand. I’ve always been happy with their products. This one keeps that happiness going. I ordered the mermaid design, which is even better in person!We have a five compartment kids bento, and it fits inside this box with a Bento ice pack easily. It has space on the side where you could pack a utensil if needed. The five compartment Bento is 8.5” wide, and the Bento chill runs slightly larger at 8.9” wide. It also fits in the lunchbox nicely with an ice pack. You could fit a small utensil in with it as well.My child took the lunch packed in the Bento five compartment with a Bento ice pack, and it stayed cool all day. It’s lightweight, which is great for kids (and adults, let’s be honest) I will definitely be ordering more!

Image is cute and I love the extra snap buckle. But the zipper is flimsy and hard to zip. Also, the inside looks super cheap

Its a lovely lovely lunch bag! Though I would preterit a bit bigger but is perfect for a toddler.

Pro: fits our BentGo bento box nicely, seems to keep ice blocks coolHuge con: I didn't spot when ordering that the zipper runs around the centre of the edge, not the top. The lunch box opens like a clam shell, rather than a box with a lid. This makes the zipper more difficult for a child to function, but also means the lunchbox won't stay open so it's almost impossible for a young child to pull out or put in their own bento box. Additionally, this makes it much harder to add other small items like a snack bag and makes them difficult to access. In some styles you could encourage the "spine" of the lunchbox to open up more or fold, but this isn't an option due to the buckle handle running along the spine.I wanted to love this lunchbox, but unfortunately the poor design means it is not fit for purpose.

This meets my grandchild's needs perfectly.
