I think it is helping my sciatica and hip inflammation. The pains have subsided a bit. It's only been a week, so maybe more relief later? I only gave it 4 stars because I wish it were a tad softer. But it may not do the job it needs if it was so, I could just be a fuss pot. I am glad I made the purchase, and it is making it a bit better.

I have just begun using this seat cushion and back rest and so far, they're wonderful. I had thrown my back out by sitting incorrectly and without good back support. With both items, so far so good. Highly recommend.

Very nice so far on day two for bruised tailbone. Needed something comfortable yet firm, albeit not too firm nor too slouchy. Will have to add velcro to the bottom to keep in place on chair and sofa.
