The finish matches others in my kitchen. I wanted to put this on the inside of a cabinet door under the sink for use like little paper towels on stainless steel to avoid paper towels scratching the finish. I also use the tp for tissues and keep it handy for dog accidents. The TP, of course, can go down the toilet so there is no stinky stuff in the waste basket. Perfect for geriatric dogs in the house. So the adhesive pad is the size of the back of the thing (you can see that in the picture) and it holds permanently. You'll need a heat gun or hair dryer to loosen it up if you want to remove it. I used a strip of paper taped to the door as a guide to get the thing on straight. If you had to use screws you risk drilling through the cabinet door and out the front. And that is a pain in the neck installation really. So the install was super easy and almost instant gratification, since it goes on so quick and easy. If you are looking for one like this one, for the price and easy installation, quality of the finish and good looks... it's a home run. Easy choice to make.

Easy to install on smooth wood surface. Very secure and stable after install. Simple, beautiful design and great value overall. Not sized for "Mega" rolls.

Super easy install and does the job it supposed to do. Absolutely worth the affordable price. In our case, we just needed to replace a shoddy installed holder from previous owner. Two adults in the house and we're pretty easy on our property. That being said, this isn't a heavy duty, ultra high end holder. Probably not sturdy enough if you have a house full of young kids that would be more careless and not conscious of it's lighter weight and stability.

8 days since installation and it seems solid. And looks good. An unknown of course is how long it will stay secure. It is installed on 3/8 glass which means I can see the area on the glass where it is secured and there is an area a little larger than a quarter and two smaller areas in the middle of the pad that are a diffeent color.. I pressed as hard as i was able when first mounted but couldn't make the "discolored" areas go away. Perhaps air was trapped in the middle of the sticky pad? Anyway, a note to future buyers to press hard in the center when mounting and work your way to the edges.

This toilet paper is really well made and looks beautiful in our half bath. I concerned that maybe the stickiness wouldn't be that strong but it is solid. More solid than the screwed in the wall one I had before that was pulled out from the wall. It actually worked so well that I bought another one for our master bathroom. Really impressed with it.

Product looks great, easy to install

The toilet paper holder looks really good but fell off within a day. We removed the remaining adhesive and used an epoxy glue instead and they've stayed in place for over 6 months. No issues at all!

I stuck it to the tiles in tiles in our office washroom and it does not move at all! it is very strong and very good. looks clean too without any screws
