I have the utility and the paring knifes. These are fantastic knifes which rival much more expensive ones in ease of use, sharpness, and edge retention. They are a little light and the handles are cheap, but that is the trade off for a knife in the $10 range that you will use everyday without regret.

Great inexpensive knife. Surgical stainless steel holds a fair edge. I bought to use on my flat top griddle mostly for Hibachi. It may not be the easiest blade to sharpen. Great value for price.

It's somewhat lightweight, but that's to be expected considering the low cost. Very sharp, cheap enough to be disposable - but can probably still be nicely resharpened - will update once it's been used enough to need sharping.FYI: I might not have tried this except for the fact that I have a few Shun Classic knives which are made by Kai also - I figured for less than $7, I can have a beater knife that I really don't care if it gets ruined...

I now have several KAI knives. For the price paid, they are all a great value . This one will be my every day user. Get one, if you appreciate a quality utility knife.

I’ve been buying different models of Kai knives, and they never disappoint. This is the ideal utility knife. The fine point does precision cuts, and you can chop with it. Difficult to beat at this price.

I thought it would be a nice sharp knife but it isn't.

The knife is beautiful and sharp, but it doesn't stay sharp and begins to rust if left in the sink.

Excellent value for the money. Very light with a thin beautifully tapered blade. My go-to knife in the knife drawer.

Llega con buen filo, pero agarra un excelente filo con una piedra grano 1000.Es ligero, y las hendiduras sí ayudan a que no se pegue mucho la verdura que se corta.El mango se siente sencillo, pero por 250 pesos no hay ninguna queja.

Para el precio no esta mal, sin embargo el mango es algo delgado y eso evita buen agarre
