Cleans well but pot too small.
This cleaner certainly brings a shine to silver the downside being the pot/basket could be bigger as you can only fit chains or rings in it.

Just immerse the item of silver jewellery with the dip basket supplied, swirl and agitate for a few seconds. Rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth.I used to use Goddards silver dip but since the dip no longer contains a plastic dip basket it is pretty useless. Glad to have found Hagerty's which includes a plastic dip basket.The plastic basket has a great design and you can even pop butterfly earring backs in and they won't fall through the holes. I also liked the little handle so you can easily swirl the basket and clean the silver.Before use I would suggest putting down some newspaper or old cloth to avoid staining any surface. I accidentally spilled some on a stainless steel sink and it tarnished it.

Not satisfied with result.
Having used similar product in the past when I worked in a jewellery store I was disappointed that Hagerty did not do as good a job. I used a silver cloth to shine afterwards and this still did not give me a great finish.

it has an easy to use basket inside - very handy for earrings and other small items
quick service, good product but I would have liked a bigger bottle so I can totally immerse larger items

Cleaned a Pandora bracelet and charms brilliantly!
I used this on both my Pandora bracelet and an older silver charm bracelet. They both came up well. My only criticism would have been the size of the container. The Pandora bracelet, only "bends" so much - and this wasn't sufficient to fit in the tub. I had to resort to doing one half of the bracelet and then the other.
