This is probably the second or third time I have ordered a phone from Amazon and I have had perfect success to this point. I bought a couple of iPhones previously for my kids too. Anyway, shipping and delivery was outstanding, and I paid $500 for it which is reasonable for this phone. I like the fact that Motorola has two models of flip phones, so I had a choice to get the less premium option to keep the cost in check. Now for the phone.. I came from the Motorola edge plus 2023, which is a premium flagship to this phone. I can slightly detect some differences in processing but it's negligible. For $500 this phone is a big win for me. I much prefer the ergonomics of this phone over my old full size models over the past ten years or more, and I don't think I'll ever go back. I always got full screen models too, so being able to have a 6.7" screen that folds in half before disappearing into the pocket is pure magic. The only thing that may be a drawback is battery life. It's obviously not as long as my edge plus, but I adapted to it in a day or two, and it's really not that significant of a difference TBH. If I lost this phone right now I'd buy another one just like it. For sure. And I have rarely ever felt like that about others I've had. This is a good phone, but it glitches at times with odd stuff, like screen size on YouTube and weird stuff like that it apparently has trouble identifying or something. But I haven't had anything that even needed to reset it or something like that. Just know it is one of the acceptable issues. Heck, my edge plus had them too... Just random stuff like that every once in awhile. I think that covers the positives and negatives. I did have a chance to compare it to the premium Motorola razr and the Samsung flip phones, and I settled on the Motorola's easily. The Samsung, while cool and pretty smooth, don't seem as solid and attractive as the Razr's. I opted for the lower tier phone because I didn't think I would benefit from the big outside screen, as I thought I would just open it up anyway, and I was correct. I actually do use the outer screen on this phone though. Usually the timer and the time display. Too early to say for sure, but this seems like the best phone I've had since the LG V10 I had around 10 years ago, when they had a replacement battery option and I got a 10000 mah external battery case from Zero lemon. That was the shizznipplzes I tell you!! Seems like a novel phone in my eyes and has changed my phone handling ways for the better.

My 2020 flagship Moto Razr 5G was a great phone on its own right, but after the daily grind of a teachers life, it finally expired. I loved the foldable design and so went for this new Razr 2023 as it's replacement. Wow, what an astonishing improvement in only 3 years. This new Razr has all the benefits of it's folding predecessor, while sporting an amazing assignment is improvements that make it superior in every way. - my old Razr' Achilles heel was it's tiny 2800mah battery; it was as bad as an Apple, requiring a charge every few hours, and getting worse as it aged. This new Razr has effectively double the battery life, with a 4200mah battery, even larger than the Razr+. - My old Razr had a small but usable 6.1 inch POLED screen. This new Razr is gigantic by comparison, at 6.9 inches - it's a huge noticeable difference, and higher resolution. - Despite it's substantially bigger battery and screen, this new Razr is noticeably thinner and lighter than the 2020. - the vegan leather cover is 'Da Bomb! No slips, no fingerprints, no back glass shattered. The 2020 was fast, but this thing, with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1, is screaming fast, over 660kb on Antutu! - both have a super high quality feel, crazy good looks, and the benefits of the foldable design cannot be overstated. It just ROCKS. - Better colors. Mine is the super lavender/purple, looks terrific. Highest recommendation. ** Update ** after two months, just about everything above still holds, only one negative/ caveat to add: in two months of heavy daily use, I have pinched my index finger twice upon opening. Ouch! In two years of ownership, that never happened once with the old Razr. The hinge can bite when snapped open to is full flat condition... * A slick plus is the wireless charging - slow but high tech, works great overnight on your bedside table. It doesn't come with one, but they are dirt cheap (and I already had one Still highest recommendation.

9 months in and I have a black line across the middle where it folds. I am really careful with my phones and usually phones last me a couple of years. Now I can't use it at all and I have no idea how to get support. I don't suppose there is a warranty since I didn't purchase one to go with the phone. This is the most money I have spent on a phone and now I have to get a new one. No, I don't think this was a good value for the money. The battery life was not good, however it did charge fast. I used this with the Verizon network and it seemed to work just fine. I am so frustrated and won't purchase another razr this time around, which is too bad because I liked how small it got.

I've only had my phone for a week and I'm pretty simple as far as phones go so this is the most expensive phone I've ever bought. I normally use 100-130 dollar Walmart phones on my att plan because I break them regularly. Over the last few years I've been severely disappointed as the phones just keep getting bigger and bigger and now they don't even fit in your pocket anymore. Thus how I justified spending 3 times the money on this phone. I've been looking at it for a year but was terrified of the screen folding wouldn't last and the touch screen would be a pain and not function correctly however this phone works fantastic and when folded fits in my pocket great. I'm still concerned about it holding up over time being opened and closed regularly. All I can say is if it will last close to a year and they keep making it (Everytime I like something they quit making it) but if it'll make it 8months I love it enough to just buy a new one every 8 months. If your thinking about trying it and are looking for a smaller phone that fits in your pocket while maintaining all online usage shopping Facebook etc etc this is definitely the answer. I also love that they sell the base model that doesn't have a big screen on the front so it's as simple as it can be for as fancy as it is. ๐คฃ Buy it try it and you'll love it
