WOW, it really works.
I was somewhat skeptical about this product. I am currently on a 36 hour fast and received this yesterday. Before I took this, BTW peach is really delicious, my ketones were 0.5. I waited an hour and tested again; I was shocked. My Ketones one hour after taking this was 1.3. VERY IMPRESSED. I will be getting more as it really does work for me.

Honestly, compared to the Ketone-IQ, the impact on performance was far less. Also tastes pretty awful.

Bad quality assurance
Half of these powder pouches were exposed to moisture or something because they are solid blocks and won't dissolve in water without a lot of effort.

Does not work.
Tastes ok, does nothing. Was super spendy, and did not work as described. Don’t waste your money, just lessen the carbs and wait the seven days to get into ketosis.
