Are these low-glycemic?

I don't know the fiber source, but I'd bet it's soluble fiber and soluble fiber does nothing to mitigate sugars AKA your glycemic index and what that index is actually based on. Only insoluble fiber mitigates sugars by slowing the absorption, allowing the liver adequate time to purge the metabolic toxins resultant from all sugars except lactose and galactose (dairy sugars). Whole foods are 66-80% insoluble fiber and that's why whole fruits and foods have a acceptable glycemic number. This is not taught yet even in medical school. Big wheels are beginning to turn, though.
