Yes, this is absolutely legal, and harms no one.The state and city where I live regulates nearly every aspect of one’s life. I put my garbage container on the street, and every now and then someone from the garbage company (garbage police ) pops by, opens my can, slits a couple bags open to see if I’m complying with the onerous regulations on what you can put in any particular can. I find it annoying and intrusive. I bought this and now spray it on the top bag in my can. I figure if the garbage police want to poke around in my garbage, they can enjoy the stench while doing so.The stench of this liquid is terrible, nose numbing actually. The product lives up to its promise. I highly recommend it as a very effective prank. I recommend NOT spraying it on someone, as that crosses a line from humor to a kind of assault. But, hey, if a stench prank is your thing, this is really for you.

This stuff reeks bad. I got my amazon shipment and could faintly smell the product through the plastic bottle and wrapper. I put the bottle in my shirt pocket with the wrapper still on and walked over to the other building to my desk and I could smell it on my shirt faintly for about 2 hours after I hid it. When I did my first prank in the bathroom stall at the very first it wasnt too impressive but as the mixture reacted to oxygen and moisture in the air the smell accelerated rather quickly to the almost gagging stage. Now this is in a 20 by 20 bathroom with a pretty strong fan by the way with only two sprays. One would of been more than enough! The stench built and built.... but it didnt go away! This stuff is un-natural (in a good way) in how it builds up the stench and keeps delivering. 4 hours later it still smelt like someone ate rotten chili. 4 or 5 sprays in succession would easily clear out a 50 x 50conference room or restaurant, or a good part of a movie theatre. The stench just builds and builds like a green fog and has very good staying power that is just beyond natural. The only suggestion I could add is to maybe add more ammonium sulfate (rotten egg smell) to top off the boquet.This is truly powerful stuff. Be smart about using it.

This stuff smells, I buy liquid ass, barfume, bad karma, toxic bomb etc. etc. this is the best hands down. Its pricy but you get what you pay for and I will be ordering more in future. I would suggest wearing disposable gloves with this spray because once its on your fingers/hands it will take a lot of hand sanitizer and scrubbing to get smell off. When you spray this stuff blows out hard like aerosol can. I took this spray into mall while shopping with a friend and did about 6 pumps in JC Penny... employees started swarming like bees... bringing out fans, asking questions, shirt over noses. Smell lasted hours, and it slowly creeped across JC Penny men section into jewelry and those employees started talking about it. We headed down mall, and I let off some pumps as we walked up the mall... it stunk up the entire mall, the security guards were swarming, the mall shut off the AC because they thought small was coming from AC vents. This was only spray I completely stopped spraying because smell was so strong my own wife was even on my case. The mall stunk for about 2-3 hours straight and everyone was talking about it. Everyone was out in force that worked there like bees looking in trash bins, spraying air fresheners. Hey, even the zip lock bags I use for like liquid ass... I had to double bag for this spray and it still soak into both bags and would stink and smell up my car. I had to put it into 4 bags to keep smell at bay. I am not paid to post this review, not fake review, this isn't my company... if you're looking for some seriously bad smelling stuff this is it.

You definitely get what you pay for when you purchase this. I let a half a spray in my home bathroom at midnight and the smell filled my entire 4br house for well over 8 hours. I legit almost cleared out a Walmart with 2 well placed pumps by the cashier area. The smell literally drifted from self checking all way to the other end of the store. Everyone between was holding their noses, shirts over faces. This bottle is complete chaos. I also cleared the entire toy section and lawn and garden. This stuff is no joke and it lingers for hours, even in open spaces. Now the bottle itself stinks. I literally keep it in a closed cabinet in the bathroom and the bathroom always smells like someone took a fresh dump. If you wanna crash a party or cleared a space for a while this is the stuff dreams were made of. Cudos to the manufacturer for making such a wicked Smelling product!

Doesn’t smell like ass at all. Still a terrible smell, it took a while to get it out of the car. Worked just fine for the prank I had in mind but would have liked the smell to be as described.

So it's obvious people saying it smells good or has no scent are from competitors. This stuff is oil based so it needs to be shaken up. The stench permeates everything, 2 ziplock(buy the good stuff not the cheap stuff to contain this), only stick the sprayer out AND WEAR GLOVES!Had a neighbor in an episode throws ng furniture off third floor, beating his wife(police can't do anything where I live) and just basically raging. Three squirts on his door and a knock. I heard screaming, coughing, wretching then nothing. Never caused a disturbance again. Nobody walked down that apartment hallway for a week either.Even the vaguest mention of it to my younger son after he was exposed once and he behaves. Seriously he won't behave for anything else. He doesn't care. This stuff nope angel boy.
