The Ideal Dickey! I need more!
This is a GREAT dickey! If you have ever wanted a collar to finish off a look with a sweater this is the one for you! I cannot tell you how happy I am with it! I wish the loop for the button (in the back) were a bit looser but it isn't so I will just have to live with it. This is a great look and I love it! You will too!

Nice collar for button up collarless blouse or top
Works well for collarless blouse or pullover but does not look good with a blouse with slit in the front that opens wider at the neck

Perfect for my daughter. I bought the women’s because the kids size was out of stock. But the women’s is just a tad too big. But that’s my fault. Perfect by. She goes to a school where she can wear anything but they have to wear collars so these are perfect. And I received mine faster than the shipping date. Great buy!

Really cute with modifications
This would get full 5 stars once you fix the one big problem ... then it looks fantastic.The problem is that there’s no way to conceal the moon shape impression when wearing it beneath a sweater, the flaps are noticeable and they shift around. It’s a 5 star shirt when you wear a tank top over the shirt (but obviously under a sweater.) This hack smooths out the lines, keeps the shirt in place and makes the collar stay perfectly in place. I’ve ued a sports bra as well.

Impressive quality
Ordered this for a child, size 12-14, as part of a Wednesday Addams Halloween costume. It's actually really nice for the the purpose we are using it for. The elastic straps under the arms didn't cinch up small enough, but it hasn't shifted or rode up. The craftsmanship and look overall is very impressive!

Poor construction
The collar is nice fabric and has interface in the Peter Pan collar looks good. However its fit is for a kid size head. The back of shirt below collar is cut too short, it rides up.😏 I had to cut the back vent about 3/4 inch and still it felt like I was taking off a tight turtleneck. 😫 So beware about taking off the collar with make-up on too. I decided to reset this collar lower

A bit bigger than expected
The collar I bigger than I expected and is crepe rather than cotton, but ok.

Sometimes the sides might come out from under your garment, just use safety pins.
It’s so cute! I wear mine under a dress that’s a bit low for work (I bend a lot) and it elevates the whole look.
