Great way to teach babies to drink from cup!
We ordered this for our 15 month old who is learning to drink from a cup. This has been a great utility so far. Its sturdy, light weight and has handles on both sides which makes it ideal for babes.

Love the design of this cup
Love the design of this cup! Very easy for my 6 mth old to use. I only put a drop of water in it after feeding her but it's a great training tool.

The handles are too narrow for baby to get his fingers around to grip!
My 8 month old loves drinking out of this cup (with my help). It is easier for him to learn to sip from this cup than from a normal open cup. Another customer commented that the plastic is cheap, and I have to agree. I do not mind that it is thin cheap plastic, because the fact that it has a thin rim makes it easier for baby to sip from. However, the HANDLES are tiny and too narrow for little baby fingers to get under/around and grip. This really defeats the purpose of a specially tilted cup, since it is harder for baby to hold than an ordinary cup without handles!

Looks weird but works
I used this when I was teaching my child to drink from a cup (around 1 year of age). The handles didn't seem very comfortable to me, but she had no problem holding them. Initially I would help guide the cup and the tilt made it easier for both of us to see the liquid going towards her face. Later on she was able to use it on her own. After several months of that, she transitioned to a regular cup. We probably used the Doidy cup for less than a year, but I found it useful. I do think it's overpriced though.

Perfect for your little drinker
We got these after spending a week with my sister and niece that was 7 weeks ahead of my baby. The babies love these. You really start to see a sense of independence. They can sip and stick their little face in the cup so they can learn how to do this new process comfortably. I highly recommend getting 2 at least.

Pointless product
I bought this cup based on recommendations from my friends with similar-aged kids. My baby (now toddler) doesn't like it at all, and much prefers regular adult straight-up-and-down cups or straw cups. If your kid is drinking from regular cups, this one doesn't make any sense and doesn't give them any practice at using regular cups. Skip it.

Overpriced. Very, very overpriced
So disappointed when I realized that I spent nearly $11 on a cup that was the quality of "free gift" or an item your child might save up tickets for at a local pizza and game place. You are paying for the ingenuity behind the cup...not a quality cup in itself. Completely overpriced.

Best cup, skip the sippy!
Love this cup! My son is 7 months old and has always shown in interest in our glasses. He didn't care for a sippy cup and those should not be used long term due to damage to the mouth/teeth they can cause. I found this cup and he loves it! We started out only putting a small amount of liquid in it, but he does better if we put more, about half inch now. We supervise him drinking and help place it down, but I love that he is so motivated to use it.
