We love the Doidy!!!
My daughter absolutely refused to use a bottle when I started back at work when she was 3 months old to the point where she starved herself until I came home to breastfeed. I read about the Doidy in a help article for breastfeeding mums and decided to take a try recalling my mother had said I had refused a bottle and would only take a cup. Low and behold, Ivy started using the Doidy immediately and hasn't looked back. My husband lets her play with the cup while he warms milk up and she's the happiest little thing knowing food is coming soon. It has been a godsend.

Great alternative to the sippy cup!
I bought this cup because, with my daughter being solely breastfed, she really struggles with using a sippy cup (now that they all come with leak proof valves, it takes a lot of suction to get liquid out). This is a great alternative to a sippy cup, and my daughter loves drinking from it. The shape of the cup allows baby to see over the rim while drinking, and also helps to direct the liquid to the child's mouth. I do wish that the handles on either side of the cup came out further; there is barely enough space for my 7 month old to be able to fit her fingers between the handle and the cup. Other than that, great design and color!

Learning to sip
Exciting to make this part of our weaning journey. Our baby loves the cup and is already good at drinking from it! I’m impressed - thought it would take much longer for her to learn how to sip.

Love it!
My daughter loves her doidy. At 5 months, my daughter was showing interest in wanting to drink out of our cups so we got her a cup of her own. She loved it, but of course, more water ended up on her lap than in her mouth. The handles are the perfect size for little fingers and I love that it is more of a controlled dump (in her mouth/lap) than a regular cup with handles would be.

I don't get it.
I might be crazy, but I think this cup is more difficult to drink out of than a regular cup. And so did my 6 month old. And so does my 2 year old.Who does this work for? The handles are tiny and nearly right up against the sides of the cup. The tilt design makes it really easy for little ones (and adults) to accidentally bump and spill.I wish I had something good to say, but I think the only thing I like is the color! I bought the Cerise and it is a very cutesy pink.

Good concept
This cup seems like a really good concept, but it just didn't work for us. My daughter learned by using a straw cup first then by a sippy cup and is now learning how to use a real cup (just a small regular cup).

10 months is too young for this cup
I purchased this when my 10 month old was having a difficult time with sippy cups. She can pick up a regular cup and drink from it, but had problems with the handles on the doidy. It is just as the product information describes it and is well made, but maybe children just need to be older to use properly.
