Tasty empty calories
I could pipe this stuff directly into my veins I love it so much. Complete source of empty calories. That's why it tastes so good. Of course it isn't crunchy. It's marshmallow. Can't say much about the shelf life because it doesn't last in my pantry more than a week. Gets enjoyed quickly.

Microwave it for a treat.
I put it in microwave on high for a bit. As it cools it gets chewy, like taffy. Put chocolate ice cream in it and it cools faster, and great tasting.
