Temp controls hard to access.
Works as intended, would be better if temp control easier to access instead of having to remove lower panel.

Great Fridge with Great service
We bought this for a flower shop and NAFCOOL always had great/quick services. When we had a bit of a problem, they went out of their way to solve everything they could in the fastest and kindest manner possible. If I need to purchase another, I will be coming back again. I Definitely Recommend!!

Missing parts.
I just got the refrigerator but I’m missing the 6 special designed floral bucket shelves it only comes with regular shelves. So disappointing.

Honestly, my wife and I shopped for 4 days trying to find the right fridge at the right price without sacrificing the quality. We are super pumped on this fridge. On top of that, it came in less than 48 hours. So good!

Item packaging was good. Delivered on a pallet with strapping and shrink wrap on the shipping box. internal lights are bright and same for the display sign on to. I am using to store drinks and sugar snacks, adjusted the temperature to a higher temperature as i do not want my drink so cold. this is a commercial model that i am using in residential home. to change any of the settings you need to remove the front cover to get access to the controls. Sound is not to bad when only the circulation fan run but louder when the compressor also runs. have a high volume floor fan that makes more noise than the cooler. the freon is not 600 but is 290. Customer Representative answered when I called to return the call from the previous day i am in East coast She was on west coast. Tracking was accurate .
