Q: Can you explain to me how this is keto? It has wheat in it. Carbs mix with fiber does not cancel out the carbs.

In Keto you don't have to calculate TOTAL carbs, you only calculate net carbs with is total carbs minus fiber. So this bread has 12g carbs per serving, and 12 g of fiber, then it equals 0 net carbs. The same reason avocados are keto friendly. One average avocado has 12 total carbs, but 9 fiber, therefore only 3 net carbs to be calculated into the diet. I do believe that sugar alcohols are subtracted from the total carbs as well as the fiber, on the ketogenic diet.

Q: Is there any way to buy just one loaf of bread?

Q: Does this bread kick you out of ketosis?

There is zero sugar. Not sure what Steve is referring to. It will not kick you out of ketosis. That's the purpose of the product.

Q: How many calories in a slice?

I believe it is 40 per slice. I don’t have any left to confirm, however I believe the ca4b count and calorie count can be seen in the pictures. Best Keto bread I have had though
