We are surprised that you asked this question because you already know the answer - Shipping cost (HUH)! In fact, you are absolutely right! It costs about $9 in shipping and Amazon commission. Add to that the cost of labor involved in picking, packing and shipping. And these are verifiable costs. You can try to buy it from an Indian store for a $1 and ship it to someone. You will know the cost. Thank you!

Q: How many cookies come in each individually wrapped pack?

If I remember correctly it is 12-14 cookies per pack. There are 12 packs. My grandchildren only get one at a time so that last and retain their freshness with their packaging. Great taste. Not really sweet.

Q: What’s the size or dimensions of the biscuit ?

12 biscuits per packet, each biscuit is about 3 inches by 2 inches .
