This is a great product. The setup was easy to setup. I think it was well worth the money. It seems like it has great functionality and I can use it for anything and everything. It has been an incredible addition to our business and seems like it will last for a long time.

Serious issues with this purchase! Read reviews - the issues are no joke. Currently trying to contact customer support. I will update when I get a response for fairness. I am on pc, Lightburn, purchased 20w version The manual is for the 5/10w version, however I was able to put it together fine. No way to connect to PC. No TF card that the manual keeps referring to. I still have all of the packaging and it was not included. No support online except for a circle of clicking that leads you back to their homepage. Apparently they only offer support for the machines you only purchase from their website? I am so confused. Instructions say for connecting to PC - to open lightburn program by double clicking on the icon under the start menu. That's it. No way to get back the time or frustration spent trying to figure this out. I purchased a separate cord to connect to pc to see if that was the issue - it was not. I think I have left 1 or 2 reviews in the 20 years I have been on amazon. But I can't let others go through this. I will let you know what support says.

Pretty nice little machine. Thankfully they had an instruction video for putting it together. That was a lot easier to follow than the booklet. It's pretty versatile. One thing I wish it included was a chart for cutting and engraving for the 20W version...but with trial and error we are getting things figured out for different materials. I would definitely recommend buying an air assist and an honeycomb bed especially if you are cutting anything. Edit: we had to contact support as we were getting things set up and working. They are very helpful and quick to respond. The helped us get everything working well...including sending us additional parts we needed. Very impressed.

Need to know where to get the accressessries

This was my first cutting laser engraver experience. I have to say this is a good entry level machine. I purchased the 20w version. Apparently this was a recent option because the documentation is only for the 10w module. The 20w module has a connection for the air assist hose built in. I contacted support with a focusing question and got a quick response. So far I’m very pleased. It etched glass great using a black card stock backer. See photos. I came back to add more. This thing is great! It cuts leather fast and accurately, see video. The support department is quick to answer any questions. Great job Woxcker!!!
