Product information from hp shows 1 hdmi and 2 displayport, can you confirm?

I can confirm you can use 2 ports at the same time, but the dock itself can't push 3 video connections. I have a 3rd HDMI to USB-C cable running directly to my laptop. Works perfect for my 3 monitor setup.

does this work for universal voltage, especially for 220V? since we want to use it in Hong Kong.

The AC adapter is included with the dock. But in order to use it overseas, you need an international converter adapter travel plug.

Will it work with a Chromebook 11?

If your Chromebook has a USB-C port, it will.

Will this power on my hp omen 15t latop withouout me having to open the laptop cover and pushing that power switch?

Nope. But it works fine and is much cheaper than the high end thunderbolt.
