Exact fit OEM battery for the DELL N411Z Inspiron. Works as well as the original (although I haven't timed it) but appears to last at least as long as the original OEM battery which eventually after 2 years failed to hold a charge beyond a hour. Great price for this battery, no frills bubble-wrapped and in a shipping envelopeUpdate over 1 year later- still working well, taking 100 % charge, Dell battery utility still says battery health is good. Can go almost 4 hrs as I need to plug in over lunch. Looked locally at Best Buy, Batteries + and Microcenter. More expensive and no guarantees any better.

This was the exact battery that I needed for my Dell. I went to Batteries+ Bulbs 3 times because they kept ordering batteries that were all wrong. Finally I looked for it myself on Amazon and found this one for 1/3 the price Batteries+ Bulbs wanted to charge me. Very happy. Battery is connected and fully charged as I am writing this review.

Just like the one that came with computer.Update 6 Dec 2015, It worked excellent for two years and it is now starting to only charge half way.

I had to change my rating from a 5 star to a 2. This battery was great when I purchased it, but it started losing charge within the first year...fast! It was good for the price, but I would recommend purchasing directly from Dell.

Perfect fit for my old Dell laptop. After a couple of years it still works!

This battery stopped holding a charge only 3 months after i originally purchased! It is defective and I can't return it! Buy elsewhere is my advice. Now once again my laptop is batteryless.. :(

Direct replacement. Works good as new.

This was suppose to come with a one year warranty, worked a couple of months then quit. I contacted the company and never got a response. So, looks like I am out money for this battery. Will buy again from the mfg. this time since they will backup their product!
