Was recommended, along with the Pupflask bottle, from another dog walker. I am pleased to say that it was worth the price. I used to carry a water bottle and collapsible bowl in a bag which then dug in to my shoulder. The neoprene is so much more comfy. It doesn't seem like the same weight and is very forgiving. The other dog walker had had hers for about a year so I am hopeful that it will wash well and stay the course.

Great bit of kit for dog walking. Keeps the water cool and the flip out bit for the pup to drink from works really well.

LOVE IT!!!!! most important "Bear" the dog loves it got the bigger of the 2 sizes (40oz) super easy to use holds a lot of water with the coolie thing (sold separate) easy to walk and travel with as far as cleaning its stainless steel hot soapy water and a bottle brush if you need to clean the inside it says the top part is made of dishwasher safe food grade silicone so just to be on the safe side hand washing that too (JIC not sure if I just fling it top rack and run normal) the push button valve is easy to control by how much you tip it and then when you tip it back it runs back in with it it unlocked and the coozie thing holds it and is easy to adjust and sling to carry easy to get the bottle in and out and keeps it amazingly cold...

This review is a combined review for the PupFlask itself and for the Holder Sling. I spend a lot of time at the local off leash dog park with my mini sheep-a-doodle, Scout, and the PupFlask is the best of several water bottles I've tried out for having fresh, cool water for her. I have the 40 oz flask which provides sufficient water for a 2-3 hour romp with enough left over to share with other parched pooches. The aluminum body of the flask keeps the water cool and is resistant to damage even when it get knocks around. The silicon 'leaf' that forms the bowl is pretty easy to flip up and down though, to be honest, I mostly just leave it open. What's best is the valve that returns any undrunk water from the leaf to the flask so it isn't wasted. The one downside to the PupFlask is that it's heavy, and even with the silicon carry strap, it's cumbersome to tote around. So adding the Holder is the perfect pairing. The carry strap on the holder can be made quite long so it easily fits in a cross body way that means it doesn't slip off your shoulder or bounce uncomfortably against you while still allowing the easiest of access. Honestly, I should get commissions from the PupFlask people as at least five other dog owners at the dog park have ordered this product on the spot after seeing mine!
