Great little grill. Easy to put together and seems to be made of quality parts. I've complete two cooks with it already...first round was burgers and brats second round was chicken and steak fajitas. Hold heat/temperature really good.

Works really well, sturdy once fully assembled. Large cooking area. Like the access to add charcoal through the door and ability to raise and lower charcoal pan to adjust heat. The assembly instructions are a pain, mainly images of how to put it together. Images are too small and it would be helpful to actually have words to describe each step.

This is a good grill at a good price. I especially like the warming rack and the bucket that catch the ashes. Easy assembly instructions but it took me hours to do myself (I'm a slow old lady). The little damper arm broke off where it had been welded or soldered. I emailed the manufacturer asking for a new part. They responded within an hour (on a Saturday) and said a new part was on the way. It was on my doorstep in a few days! No charges. Now THAT is customer service. Grill Boss is a trustworthy company.

The grill is great for the price point. Easy to use and the ash catcher does a great job. The only issue I would note is that there is substantial assembly required. Nothing crazy, but it does take effort.

This grill has been absolutely fantastic! We've used it to grill more than half a dozen times in just the past couple of weeks. Before purchasing, I spent a lot of time researching and searching for a grill that met all of my must-haves—large cooking capacity but easy to move, dual side shelves, a multi-level charcoal tray, a separate ash pan, and generous storage underneath. This one checked every box! The only issue I've run into is with the warming rack. It attaches at four points—two inside the lid and two near the grates. Unfortunately, the lid connections don’t secure the rack well, so it can fall while you're cooking or cleaning. That’s exactly what happened to me while I was steam-cleaning the lower grates. The movement must have loosened it, and it collapsed onto my arm above my gloves, causing a burn. I was able to treat it quickly, but it looks like it will scar. I plan to add wing nuts to the outside of the lid to hold it more securely in place. Even with that design flaw, I still think this grill is a great purchase, and I’d happily recommend it to others! Just be cautious of the warming rack.

Not very portable, and the lock doesn’t stay secure during transport. The air vent opens every time I lift the lid, and the lid makes a lot of noise when moving it. The installation instructions were unclear. After just one use, the coating started to wear off and the coal plate became bent. Overall, disappointed with the quality.
