Gets the job done, but are just okay.
I'm using these weights for therapy after knee replacement. They are bulky to use; a smoother outside would have been much nicer and given me a tighter fit. These are okay for short term use, but if wanting something for longer term, try a different style.

They do not adjust enough to smaller limbs. Do like being able to adjust weights.
