Moisturizing; contains fragrance and mineral oil is the 3rd ingredient; made in UAE
This face cream is very moisturizing and would be best for people who do not break out from mineral oil and can tolerate fragrance in their skincare. Unfortunately, I am someone who experiences both of these issues, and this product sensitized my skin and made me break out. For those with sensitive skin: mineral oil is the 3rd ingredient, salicylic acid is the 5th ingredient, and fragrance is about halfway down the ingredient list. I was not able to use it long enough to be able to tell whether or not it would brighten my skin. I do want to stress that I have extremely sensitive skin due to rosacea, so I feel like a 3 star rating is a bit harsh, but I mainly represent those who have sensitive skin. This product is manufactured in the U.A.E. I included a photo of the full ingredient list so that potential buyers can evaluate the ingredients themselves.
