I am over the moon with these print cartridges, a fraction of the cost of other cartridges and these actually show full ink levels on my HP8620 printer whereas others don’t when I load up a new cartridge. I love cardmaking and as you can see by the photos which were taken in natural light show up vivid bright colours, clear and even. I have already recommended these to my mum for future work on her laptop / printer projects. Love it

Cartridges were received quickly but one didn’t work. I contacted customer support who sent replacements which were received next day. Amazing service.

These work well and are a lot cheaper

Had bought replacements for my HP 950XL and HP 951XL cartridges. Replaced the colour cartridges first as they had ran out. For the first few months all was okay and print quality was adequate, not as good as HP ink, but certainly comparable and did it's job for quick home prints. Then the problems started a few months ago, colour prints would be totally messed up, colours were wrong, alignment wrong. Had to 'clean print head' through the software multiple times. And each time I wanted to print would have to do the same procedure to ensure the quality was even somewhat decent. Today needed to print and the printer was in error state. Took out the cartridges and the printer head and the cyan cartridge has completely leaked through into the inkjets. Doubt I will be able to salvage the printer head and will need replacing... £120... should have stayed with HP originals and I won't be making the same mistake ever again.

I had an issue with a faulty cartridge, contacted customer support in the evening. Followed their instructions to no avail. They simply said they would send out replacement cartridges with no quibble, I actually received them before lunch the next day! Nobody like having issues but I am so impressed with how efficiently it was sorted I have full confidence in using smartink for my next order. Well done

HP Printers are always a nightmare when using third party cartridges. Had issues with installing these, but Alice on the support line was great and resolved problem with replacement cartridges on the same day....Hopefully when these arrive they'll work first time. Remember to update your printer firmware via HP Smart before installing.

Compre este kit porque el original es muy caro y la impresora tiene bastantes años. El cartucho negro funciono sin problemas pero al montar el amarillo dio fallo de impresora. Afortunadamente el servicio de atención al cliente funciono de primera. Me enviaron un set nuevo y ahora el cartucho amarillo funciona perfectamente. Muy buena calidad de impresión, precio y atención al cliente

Ne ho provate tante, e subito rese (grazie infinite all'ottimo servizio Amazon!!!) perchè avevano pessimi difetti: colori sbiaditi e non reali, inchiostro che si seccava se la stampante non veniva usata per più di qualche giorno (cono conseguente procedura di pulizia testine, spreco di carta ed inchiostro ecc.). Queste invece paiono eccezionali, le ho su da qualche mese e ad ogni stampa corrisponde un risultato praticamente perfetto (quasi simile alle originali dai costi stellari), senza nessuna perdita di definizione e, soprattutto, senza obbligarmi alla solita procedura suddetta. Perfette, speriamo durino anche altrettanto nel tempo!

Haben auf Anhieb funktioniert und sorgen somit für einen wesentlich kostengünstigeren Druck! Die Qualität überzeugt bisher durchweg, auch die Testdrucke sind nach dem Reinigungsvorgang ohne Streifen. So soll es sein!

Very bad quality, the printer did not accept it and recognized them as incomaptible. Cannot use them.
