I got this as a gift for my sister, and she absolutely loved it. I’m not exactly sure which model she got since they all look pretty similar to me, but she was genuinely excited and really happy with it. The loss of the fifth star is more in relation to Amazon’s packaging and delivery. My box came as if it was utilized for the replacement of a soccer ball…geesh. Over all, I scored Loyalty and she’s perfect!! Some minor QC, but nothing I can’t over look. I really wanted Serenity so I could have all green, but she’s already grown on me and fits in perfectly (see pic 3 for my full collection).

Absolute perfection. I (very sadly) don't have any Pop Mart stores in my area, so having these available on Amazon is a godsend, especially with how their official website has been acting lately. I only managed to snag one, but it just so happened to be the one I was after anyway. I love how soft & vibrant her fur is, and the sparkles in her eyes are a very nice touch. I'm beyond grateful to be able to add a Labubu from this series to my collection.

My labubu face is all missed up. The face is lopsided and looks fake. -10/10 I have another one I bought off of the pop mart live and the face looks in better position. Horrible quality

So happy I was able to grab one. My box arrived bent but that was due to lazy trifling USPS other than that “Love” was unscathed and is perfectly adorable. I can’t wait to be able to get more. Thanks Amazon for making it possible to shop at the PopMart. Please do not rate the item low because of a damaged box. It’s likely due to the postal service and not Amazon or the seller.
