Tweezers for grabbing lock pins
Because of the partial round indentation on both "grabbing surfaces, these tweezers are perfect for holding top & bottom pins. Although not a locksmith, I have rekeyed 15-20 locks (handle & deadbolt) and should have added these to my rekey supplies years ago.

Perfectly serviceable
It's not as precise as my original set,(which are 20+ years old), but I gently filed the end, and they are perfectly serviceable as a backup pair. I DO like the size. I have big hands, and a lot of other choices are too small.

Bigger than I expected
I bought these to help re-key some locks (my 1st time doing this). They do make handling pins easier, but are much bigger than ones I've seen people using online and are difficult to use inside of lock bodies (e.g. for inserting driver pins). Another reviewer suggested filing the tips down and I'll probably do the same. 3 stars, because they're: kind of expensive, aren't *that* much better than standard tweezers, and are going to require some rework to be useful. Still, they seem decently made and you can never have too many tweezers around the shop.

Great grip on the pins when needed
This item provided a great grip on pins when changing locks for my in-laws. Made rekeying both houses to the same key almost effortless. Great product. Will recommend to all of my locksmith friends.
