The machine seems to operate as advertised but the controls have not been made to be very user friendly. You will definitely have to read the instruction if you want to know how to work your way through the controls. As far as the delivery it was terrible, I was shown it was supposed to deliver between Dec27 and Jan 2 but it did not show up until Jan 7. The real issue was it kept saying it was preparing for shipment and the delivery date would not be affected. The tracking information did not update until the day it delivered so that was worthless. Interestingly enough it showed up the day after I emailed the company to see where my order was. I hope I don’t need to get any warranty service from them, I am sure the communication will be just as bad. I will not be ordering anything from ActiveForever again.

The quality of the NitroFit Personal Whole Body Vibration Platform is excellent. I had tried my friend's and decided this was the best one - price wise for my needs. I looked online at comparisons for price and quality. This unit is mid-price range, does what I needed - stimulates the muscles, gets the circulation going, relaxes tight areas. I have had several of my Pilates clients ask if they could use it before or after their workouts. We all love it and would recommend this unit to others. I see no drawback except I had to assemble it and needed some help from my family to get it assembled correctly.
