Thankfully, It Works!
I live in a hot, dry climate, so there are sometimes roaches, especially when it gets very dry and they’re seeking water anywhere they can find it. This stuff absolutely works to repel them, and on the occasion I do see a roach, this will kill it. You have to get a direct hit with the stream, repeatedly, but keep spraying and it’ll drop dead in no time. That’s the best part of this product for me, because no deterrent method is 100% effective, so I want to be able to kill it when I see it without having to clean up roach guts or spray something toxic everywhere. I also like the smell, it’s strong but I find it pleasant… even more so because I know the roaches don’t like it!

Effective
Works amazingly. For the first month you might still see a roach here or there as this works to get them out. But after that we haven’t seen one in a few weeks. 1. Remember this is commercial grade peppermint. The smell is STRONG! 2. If you or someone you live with has sensitivities to strong scents - use with caution. 3. Spray your home twice a week when you know you will be gone for at least 3-4 hours. This helps give your home time dissipate the majority of the scent.

Smells Great, But Not Very Effective
I had high hopes for this peppermint roach repellent. The scent is amazing fresh, minty, and way better than chemical sprays. Unfortunately, while it did seem to keep some bugs away at first, the roaches didn’t seem too bothered after a while. I kept reapplying, but they kept coming back. It might work better for mild infestations, but if you have a real roach problem, you’ll probably need something stronger.

Absolutely horrible lingering smell that you will regret using. DO NOT BUY THIS VERSION.
I use the Mighty Mint with ONLY peppermint in it, and I bought this b/c it was maybe a dollar cheaper. It is DISGUSTING. It is good for spraying on bugs you see to get to the ground to kill them and poisons them, but this is not like Advion or any other poison that will help inhibit a nest. This scent is horrible, it causes headaches, and the gerianol is a putrid addition. Not only that, where the peppermint also causes headaches but dissipates quickly, this Mighty Mint variety stays on for hours. It smells like poison - like turpentine. It lingers on clothes. It is HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY THIS VERSION. I've used the peppermint-only version and am satisified, but this gets on surfaces and actually seems to linger on skin and hair (like in a bathroom). It is too disgusting to keep in the house or use. I don't know why companies insist on putting gerianol in these "natural" roach sprays, it might as well be Raid.

This doesn't repel roaches to a huge degree as it claims to. I sprayed this every second day for a couple weeks on my balcony and all the way around the balcony door frame. After it dries up (1-2h) it doesn't seem to greatly affect the roaches and they still want to explore into my home. The smell is pleasant but strong of mint. I can confirm that if you spray this on the roach directly they will pretty much flip on their backs XD. So it is a good alternative to those toxic sprays (eg, Raid, Mortein). It was good to test out this product but I feel like I need to keep searching for something that works for my needs.
