These chilis arrived quickly in a quality resealable pouch. Opening the pouch released a wonderful sweet, smoky aroma. The chilis all look great with none of the damaged or sun-scorched chilis typically found in dried chili packages. They were all nice and fresh, not dried out, with no stems in the bag. I dried some out and ground them up to use as a seasoning for foods that I want to have a smoky, spicy flavor to. Looking forward to adding them to many more dishes.
