I’ve been using the Himalaya Raspberry Lemon Psyllium Husk Powder, and it has made such a difference in my daily routine. Unlike other fiber supplements I’ve tried, this one is actually enjoyable to drink—the raspberry lemon flavor is light, refreshing, and helps mask the usual “earthy” taste of psyllium. It mixes pretty easily in water and doesn’t get too gritty if you drink it right away. I’ve noticed it really helps keep digestion regular and makes me feel less bloated overall. It’s also nice knowing I’m getting a solid amount of fiber in just one serving. I also appreciate that it’s plant-based, gluten-free, and made without a bunch of artificial ingredients. It feels like a cleaner, more natural option compared to many similar products.

Was looking for a reasonable alternative to the absurdly overpriced Colon Broom. This seems like a good substitute. The ingredients are good, it tastes great, and is easy to mix and swallow. I'm not sure they are apples to apples, but the health benefits of this product can't be denied. Will definitely buy again.

It's a good product; it really works. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that the taste isn't very good, and it's also too sweet.

Works well, just drink it fast! I chug, stir half way thru then finish chugging the rest. It’s really not horrible and a great way to add fiber.

It adversely clashed with my meds. I had to stop even though it was working better than most.

It is a good product. The flavor is mild and not overly sweet. However, I do not see much a difference between this and Viva Naturals, which is less expensive. I will reorder Viva and flavor it with other supplement powders.
