The instructions were very clear, all of the parts were there, and sitting in this thing is great! It raises high, the spinning is a little stiff but I kind of like it that way. The armrest is easy to adjust BUT they tend to turn off center too easy if you grab the chair to turn it around, they stay put while using the computer though. reclining is a dream on this with the added lumbar cushion, which vibrates if plugged into a USB port on your computer. the vibrations are kinda of neat, but not life-changing, the USB cable is a good length for it though. The leg rest is give or take, but if it annoys me it's really easy to remove. if anything changes with this chair I will update this review because I know that "gaming" branding chairs are expensive and I would like to know the longevity of this chair if I was reading a review trying to decide to buy it or not. Review: Great customer service and chair! - I am 6’3 and about 290. Chair started squeaking a lot about a week in. Don’t game too often only about 2 days a week and some sessions last up to 4 hours. The small pillow is not comfortable for someone my height as it sits behind my shoulder blades so I have to jam it up. Ended up taking it off. It gets pretty warm as well. Revised review- adding 2 stars- Customer service quickly and promptly addressed my concerns and helped resolve the issue. Enjoying this comfy gaming chair and can tell that it is very good quality. Very satisfied!

Best chair for the price!!!!!
So as im writing this i paid 185.99 plus tax, Got it as a birthday gift. I was searching everywhere with a chair with this criteria. Under 200, adjustable arm chair, color, and the racing style. I upgraded from a worn office chair and boy i noticed a difference. Remember this is a racing style chair that forces you to sit upright and provides the perfect support. The material its self is comfortable made out of what i call "pleather" still comfortable non the less. Assembly took me 8 minutes tops with a helping hand. These are larger pieces so i reccomend a second person to help build this beautiful creation. the chair itself does go down a full 180 degrees and make sure you adjust the chair to whatever fits you (it took me about 3 minutes to find the perfect fit) If your looking for a chair that isn't gonna break the bank and give you that racing/gaming feelings this chair is perfect. Also was missing the power cord to the pillow and contacted the seller. Replied within an hour and said they would ship me one no issues. Update Review: The chair itself is nice. After about a month of casual use I noticed the chair kept lowering on its own, So now after 4 months i'm stuck with a chair that cant stay raised and drops every time i sit in the chair. Just annoying when you invest a decent amount of money into a chair and it doesn't perform. Just a precaution when ordering this product

Leg rest useless
While it's a decent chair it's still cheaply made. I'd reckon it's probably worth a third of the asking price. Only took a couple days to break the leg rest. It's held together with plastic instead of metal so I'm not surprised. I'll update if anything else falls off but I won't be replacing it with another product from this company.

Overall great chair. Leg rest is fragile.
Super comfy chair! I sit for hours at a time sometimes working on music and I won’t notice a single time that my back is hurting like I did with my old office chair. The 180° reclining feature is nice. It’s quite stylish as well, and it definitely receives comments regularly from people that come over. However, the armrests are a little weird... they either support my elbows or my wrists, not both. Also, after owning the chair for months I figured out I had them on backwards, so watch out for that lol. The leg rest that folds out from the bottom broke after maybe 30 uses, so be gentle with it. Overall great chair though. My absolute favorite so far.

Sturdy, Comfortable but not Without Flaws
Revised review after 3 days of use: This chair is sturdy and comfortable. However, you will need to sit in it a while and put some pressure on the neck and especially the lumbar pillow before it becomes comfortable. When first unboxed, the pillow feels over inflated, as if its pushing you out of the chair. This will get better, and the chair will become more comfortable after a very few hours spent using it. On the other hand, the footstool is embarrassingly weak and insufficient to its task. I have muscular legs, granted, but they are also short. So my feet rest on the footstool, as opposed to hanging off the end. But I suspect anyone over six feet will find their feet dangling over the footstool. Which is fine, since you wont be using it anyway, due to how weak and insufficient it is structurally. As for the chair back, its not as cushioned as it should be. It feels more like a foam pad than a cushioned chair. Which is NOT to say it is uncomfortable...but a luxurious recliner it is definitely not. (Not that it pretended to be; just know what to expect). All in all, I dont regret the purchase. Especially with so many reclining options and the overall sturdiness. I weigh 210 stocky pounds, and the chair has no trouble holding my weight. It assembles easily, and you get basically what you paid for, minus a useful footstool. For $200 I now consider it a worthwhile purchase, but I also would not pay more than the listed price of $180 or so, as once you breach the $199 sticker price range you will find nicer chairs.

I really like the chair except it sinks
I decided to wait for a bit to write my review. The chair is decent, comfortable never really used the massage feature, not sure how one is supposed to have it hooked up to a USB port, give me an actual ac plug. As others have noted the footrest is weak and too close to the chair unless you are a smaller human. My Big complaint is the chair sinks and won't stay up. This started happening about 3 months after I got the chair and there is no way to fix it. This pretty much ruins the chair for use at a desk but since it was past the 30-day return window I am have been stuck with a low chair for 2 years. Buy at your own risk
