I purchased this Eureka Forbes water purifier for approximately ₹6,200, trusting the brand’s reputation and the assurance of warranty coverage. I was confident that a reputed brand product would be reliable. Unfortunately, I was completely wrong. Within two months of installation, the purifier developed a water leakage issue. The authorized service technician confirmed that the membrane is faulty and verbally informed me that the replacement would cost around ₹3,000—nearly half the price of the entire unit. No written estimate or quotation was ever provided even after mail. Despite the issue not being resolved and without my consent, the service request was marked as closed. What is particularly frustrating is that shortly after installation, I received multiple calls requesting me to submit a positive review for the product. However, when a genuine warranty and service issue arose, there has been no proper response, ownership, or resolution from the company. A critical component failing within two months raises serious concerns about product quality, warranty transparency, and after-sales support. This experience is far below expectations from a brand like Eureka Forbes. Buyers should be cautious—the product may appear affordable initially, but poor after-sales service can quickly make it an expensive and stressful purchase.

Installed RO at commercial place and it is working properly and technician explained everything with patience and installed the device carefully.
