There are 8 credit card spots, 3 elastic slots for SD memory cards, 1 outside mesh pocket with Velcro for ID/ lisence, 2 inside mesh pockets, a dived money holder, and 1 zippered pocket for loose change or small things. There is a loop for attachment of a security chain or cord. All in all, you could hold so much stuff in this thing that you would be leaning to one side if you were sitting on it. The construction is rugged and well done. The material is quality cordura.

It's not sealed as in everything inside would stay dry if dropped in the fish tank, but I've spilled coffee on mine and the fluid beaded up and rolled off without soaking into the fabric.

Yes it'll fit but tightly and it'll be quite bulky and sweaty in the hot weather As long as u are ok with the huge bulk in your pocket, it will fit
