ok, but spend more for wider bands.
Does the job, good price. But I wouldn't buy again. I'd spend more for 4" bands. These twist, bunch, gather, slip too easily.

Not meant for how I wanted to use it
I have been searching for an elastic band that can help me exercise my neck due to having 4:6 herniated discs in my neck alone. This was clearly not made for that. I’ve yet to come across the elastic band that can be used to strength the neck and is equally comfortable to work with?! So it has nothing to do with being a bad product it’s just wasn’t meant to be used the way I needed!

So far looks good. Very strong and usable.

Not a good choice
The band rolls together to become a more like a rubber band on your legs, I think the material is too thin.
