Yes I know theyโre running shoes but thatโs not what I use them for so I canโt have a valid opinion on using these for running. If youโre looking for cheap, wide toe box, casual looking, everyday wear and comfortable shoes, I recommend these for sure. These are actually more comfortable than my $150 altra running shoes. Iโve only been wearing them everyday for less than 2 months so I canโt say anything about durability. But honestly itโs a cheap shoe what can you expect long term? Anyways, I have no complaints. theyโre very breathable. They dry fast and when itโs a windy day I can actually feel the wind blowing into the shoes. itโs nice. Again, theyโre very comfortable and look like normal shoes which I love. Id buy these again whenever they break apart. Review: Surprisingly good - I am very happily surprised at the fit and feel of these shoes. They provide just enough cushion, but let me feel the ground at the same time. They're super light and look good to boot

Good shoes for the price, but has a few drawbacks
I've had altra lone peaks and another Within 0 drop shoe to compare, and these are decent for the price. I like these shoes so far, I have wide feet and my options are slim. Specialized wide toebox shoes tend to be expensive from brands like Topo or Altra, they also seem to be mostly for runners who want 0-drop shoes, which isn't me. A lot of these shoes are are extremely ugly with bright colors and outrageous designs, but what's nice is that this shoe looks. Not good, not bad, but at the very least, normal. The insole it comes with is actually of nice quality compared to other shoes that give you a paper thing insole that does nothing, but the shoes still feel a bit hard. I ended up using a Dr Scholls extra comfort insole and it works very well for me. The wide toe box is nice, I wear a 11.5 2E usually, but I went with the 12 Wide and it fits perfectly. I like how there's a bit of cushion compared to a lot of 0 drop shoes. A few cons. - Biggest one is that the traction on these shoes aren't that good. I had a rubber sole 0 drop WITHIN shoe that had the same problem, but over time the traction on the rubber felt better. I'll have to see if this is the case with this model. - The material durability is questionable, it doesn't seem like it will stand the test of time, but I'll update the review in a few months. - The sole is hard. While it has some padding to protect you unlike barefoot shoes, these soles are pretty hard. While the insoles are nicer than other paper thin insoles from other shoes, it still feels hard Overall. I'd probably by this again if my current ones wear down. They good normal, fit pretty well, and feel good. I've paid more for shoes that feel much worse.

Fantastic- Great for walking, rucking, light running!
I was looking for some low cost, simple, no-frills shoes for primarily walking on sidewalks and pavement, wearing at the gym, and some medium weight rucking. I previously purchased another Within model, the "Men's Barefoot Trail-Running Shoes | Wide Toe Box | Zero Drop". I was pleased with the quality and comfort of those, but they have a relatively aggressive tread combined with very little cushion in the sole. Especially when rucking with 30lbs, I felt my feet were hitting the ground pretty hard and I could feel the lugs from the tread (or at least it seemed that I could). It was pretty tiring on my feet and calves. So, I looked for something a little more traditional- still wide toe box, zero drop, but with a little bit more cushion and a more flat tread. These have been a great answer to my issue- much more comfortable for walking/rucking and some light running with a flat "road" tread. I wouldn't be surprised if these were less grippy when hiking or trail running, but that's not my main use for them. They are just as comfortable as the other Within pair, and I haven't had any issues with blisters or anything rubbing on my feet. The fabric around the heel is particularly soft and cushioned. They also look nice- the "dark grey" is a little more of a blue gray, but still looks good. I normally wear a 9 (and in the other Within model) but the recommended 8.5 fits perfect, so these definitely seem to run a little large, but Amazon recommended the correct size. We'll see how well they hold up, but the quality seems to be good from what I can tell!

Could be great, but...
I've had these shoes about 5 months now and they are some of the best shoes I've ever had comfort wise. I have wide feet and the 9.5W fit my feet perfectly. The soles wear well and are very grippy. Now here's the bad - the sole on my left shoe is separating from the upper - see attached picture. Another small gripe I have is the material for the laces, while substantial, is a slick and won't stay tied unless I double-tie them. I only use the shoes to walk in and just knock around and I really want another pair, but I'm concerned they'll start coming apart like these did.

Comfy, Stylish, Affordable.
If youโre like me, and search Amazon forever for the best deal before you make a decision by taking into account price, quality, style, fit, discount etc., stop looking here, and purchase now. The only other sneakers Iโve ever liked as much as these are Hokas or Altras which are 3 or 4 times the price of this brand. I love this brand. Great shoes for a good price. I like to hike in zero drop Altras but I donโt want to wear out the tread by wearing them in society, so I was looking for something cheaper than Altras that are zero drop for when Iโm in the matrix and walking on concrete and such, and these zero drop shoes are stylish and comfortable for a good price. Love this brand. I think this is the 4th or 5th pair of this brand in different styles/colors that Iโve bought. Love them all. Especially these ones in black.

Wide toe box and comfortable
This is the third pair of shoes I have purchased from Whitin. The first two pair served their purpose and I was happy enough with them that I tried this pair looking for something with a little more cushion. This pair is the winner and I immediately bought another pair in a different color. I was nervous about getting the right size as I am a 12 in the US and the size chart suggested 11 because I am 45 in the EU size. When I opened the shoes there was a 45 sticker on the bottom and sewn into the tongue of the shoe. Perfect fit.

Poor feet support, I use other wide shoes or even barefoot, but sole its hard and made me experience pain on my feet
