Works great
Nice switch. I like the dual wireset up. Gives you back the recepticle space you loose from plugging it in...

Not for everybody
The device keeps tripping the fuse. It's a great concept and worked well at first but now it happens all the time. Good wood is expensive, can't keep taking that chance of it tripping mid cut and screwing up my wood. Just not worth it.

No more constant vacuum noise. Great time saver with less hassle.
I just ordered my second one of these for my portable table saw. The first one is now on my dewalt 12” miter saw which I take with me everywhere I work. This switch has saved so much time and frustration, especially on jobs with lower amperage circuit breakers. Once you plug your saw and vacuum into the designated slots, the box senses when when you trigger on your saw then waits a second before it automatically turns on your Shop vac. This way the home circuit breaker doesn’t trip from the simultaneous initial starting over load of both motors. It can even me plugged into two different circuits to further lessen the load. At home I have two different circuits in my garage so I can plug this box into each of them at the same time (box has two cords) and run mutlple tools at the same time as the box has two outlet power sockets in addition to the vac socket. SomeTimes I plug my table saw into the auxiliary socket so it runs continually while I’m using it for multiple cuts with the miter saw. Just remember the table saw would stay on continuously in this configuration and as pretty much everyone takes off their blade guard this is a bit dangerous. Anyway this little yellow box is a real time saver and gives you some piece and quiet between cuts as you don’t have to listen to the shop vac running continuously. Oh, the shop vac stays on for a few seconds After you turn your saw off so you have time to brush any remaining dust into the vac attachment to your saw.

Stay Away
I have two of these and after 20-30 cuts with the chop saw the entire thing is fried. Called customer support and they told me the tools draw too many amps. Have a Bosch 10' chop saw and a Ridgid shop vac on it. Neither tool draws more than 15 amps and I used it with 2 chords on 2 seperat 20 amp outlets. They also said I needed another switch that is a surge protector for initial start, however this is not mentioned in the description. Buy the less expensive DG plug and save money and frustration.

Don't bother!
This think is junk, I've ran it with one 20amp circuit and 2 20 amp circuits and either way it keeps tripping the box on tool side. I'm running a 1hp Delta table saw and a 1 hp vacuum collector- very frustrating that I paid a lot for this not to work! Don't bother with this version!
