I’ve been using this Samsung UA43UE86AFULXL TV for about a week now — overall, I’m very satisfied. Display quality: Excellent. The 4K clarity and colors are really impressive, especially for movies and PS5 gaming. Sound: Decent, but not very powerful. It’s clear for normal viewing, though you might consider a soundbar for a richer experience. Performance: There’s a slight lag sometimes while switching inputs or navigating with the remote, but nothing major. Remote: Super cool and easy to use, though it doesn’t feel very premium in hand. Delivery & installation: Amazon delivery was quick, and Samsung installation happened the very next day — great service! Overall, a great 4K smart TV for the price — excellent display, average sound, and smooth setup experience.

Got this 43" tv within 4 days and installed on the next day. Pros: Good Picture quality Samsung Brand Cons: UI lag, it's much Sound quality is not even decent, its just ok ok My cousin bought a samsung tv offline last year, in comparison, this tv from amazon is lagging much and picture quality is same. But I would say it's a deal breaker for 22K. If you're buying it for 23k or 24k, go for offline as you get 3 year warranty there for this price.

Received in good condition, solar remote is a game changer, and excellent value for money. TV was received in good condition. On the second day, I had the TV wall-mounted professionally. When it comes to the overall verdict, this TV offers exceptional value for money. The Tizen operating system is fast, intuitive, and gives quick access to all the major streaming services. A Note on Delivery Experience (Area for Improvement): The only significant hiccup in the entire process was the delivery itself. Although the item was packaged well, the delivery person unfortunately refused the open box delivery procedure, even though the product was eligible for it. This is not good practice and is a service issue that the retailer and logistics partner need to address, as being able to verify the product on arrival is crucial for such a large, fragile item.

Product is very good, Amazon delivery was awesome. SAMSUNG on the other hand has very bad service, technician visited home the next day after delivery, I was travelling for work and requested technician to cooperate as my mother was at home and not tech savy, he installed the product and asked for the bill due to some technical issue bill was not downloading from the app, so i requested some time as i was calling the amazon call centre, after around 30 mins amazon resolved my issue and i could download the bill, meanwhile the technician misbehaved with my mother and uninstalled the TV from the wall mount and repacked it without consulting with me, he demanded give me 1000 rs or i will take the TV with me if required as it may be stolen, overall my recommendation buy LG's TV its 3K more but their service is top notch didn't face this trouble with our last TV.

Superb LED TV, first I was going to make an order for 43 inch ismart model since that was cheaper 4K but finally considering the upgrade, I decided to buy this one and I feel, I made the right decision. Now come to the product.. The bezels are thin from three sides, sound quality is good for 120-150 sqft room, display quality is amazing. The colors are natural tending to a cooler tone. Voice command through Alexa is far better than Bixby. Overall software experience is snappy. Remote has solar as well as type c charging port. The wall mount stand is free and brought by the installation team. Amazon delivery 10/10.

Exilent product use last 6 months i am full satisfied but installation are fake never trust fake promise

Few points about buying this TV: - Always do your own research before purchase from YouTube, friends, local showroom etc. It is critical task. Don't jump into conclusions looking at fake review stats or paid reviews. FLKart hides negative reviews and does fake promotions. After finalizing TV, note down the model numbers. Make sure it has all needed features and is latest release. - Don't go by brand name alone. Only brands like LG, Samsung, Sony etc. have pan India service center presence and do actual R&D on TV technology. Names like Kodak have only purchased the brand rights from parent company and don't have their quality standards. 60% of TV cost is of display panel and few reputed brands like above three use A+ hard panels which last around 5 years. Check service center availability nearby. - Buying from Amazon is acceptable because reviews are genuine and they reasonably handle return claims due to improper delivery or issues arising during return window. No reliable local shop was available here, so I bought online. - The Amazon delivery person called and came in roofless van, and the parcel could have got damaged if it rained. Check such situations. Always have another person recording the delivery process. Take delivery inside well lit house. Before letting him open the seal, check for any external damage or breaches in package. Check paper tape seal from Samsung on both top and bottom of parcel. Only then let him open seal. When he lifts the TV make sure he isn't pressing fingers too hard on the panel. This is frameless TV and TFT display will be damaged sooner if pressure put. Check other accessories for damage, wrong, missing or used items. Warranty, manuals etc. - Before sharing OTP inspect the opened TV well. Use torch to check all corners, edges etc. for signs of damage or use. The display glass must have plastic screen protector with barcode sticker. This protector may have minor scratches on the plastic. The delivery guy was impatient when he saw me inspecting throughly and wanted OTP. Refuse delivery if he starts arguing and don't give OTP till satisfied. Spend atleast 10 mins in whole delivery process. Don't ask him to power ON TV. That will be done by technician during installation and any defects found will be covered. After sharing OTP he will put TV back in cardboard box. Don't open it till technician comes. - The Samsung center will call asking for suitable date for installation. This takes around 3 days after delivery. 1+1 year TV warranty from Samsung is counted from when order was placed in Amazon. But Amazon 10 days return window taken from day when installation done by technician. - The delivery person will call before coming on appointed date. Have another person with you while installation done. Be ready with installation location in house, power cord for using drill machine, dustpan, 2 meter long HDMI cable, internet hotspot, any free Samsung account, voltage stablizer or digital voltage cutoff protector etc. If needed buy suitable flexible wall mount and request him to use that. For me the older 32 inch LG wall mount was acceptable for this Samsung 43 inch TV. The technician suggested to use that because switchboard was there at installation location. He gave company provided fixed wall mount free to keep for other uses. - The person allocated for delivery will ask for TV installation location photo, purchase invoice, location of house before coming. The first person who called was very cunning and wanted me to purchase TV floor stand without even looking at picture of installation place. I strictly told him no extra amount would be payed. Later he sent only his colleague who was more knowledgeable. Check online in YouTube what all steps done for installation. If ignorant, the installation guy may dupe you. - The technician will install the wall mount with suitable clearance for ventilation. Mount TV away from opening door, windows, pet's reach, liquid damage etc. After mounting he will remove the plastic screenguard which is necessary to avoid heat damage to panel later on. Check for defects on screen when turned off. After turning on and installation done check for color lines, dead spots, stuck pixels, video artifacts on screen looking from various angles. Check light bleeding at edges. Check sound quality and levels. Sound level is not very high in this TV. Check BT, IR, WiFi, remote buttons, all ports etc. USB hub can be used for addition storage or compatible devices. Make him run RGB sequence video for bad pixels from pendrive or YouTube. Also 4K videos. Clarify any doubts. After paperwork done he will collect your signature and no payment needs to be done. Either use the Samsung provided wallmount or keep it for free. - This TV has initial lags, complex interface especially for older people, lack of apps, average display quality with SD content. So better buy TV stick like Mi or 4K Firestick. - Only good thing I expect is the hardware and customer support will last for atleast 5 years like my Galaxy phone. But regret not getting 55 inch version. So do thorough research for few days before buying. - The remote provided is delicate and costs above 3000₹, if dropped and damaged. Better IR compatible remotes available online. Its battery lasts longer that original BT remote, have more keys for functionalities, better for older people and costs only 300₹. - Screen gets fingerprints easily compared to my older TV. So cleaning screen with clean soft cotton cloth needed. Using screen protectors while TV running will damage the display. I only keep it covered with cloth after use.

Value for money I got it for 25k after all offers and ease of installation was also same of delivery and delivery were of 6days and after that only remote was damaged but working. Picture and sound quality is 10on10 after some settings
