I was really skeptical about this brand of yam cream as I can't even pronounce the name but I've reordered this exact one about 7-10 times. I have sometimes ordered a different brand in between but in most cases if i miss so much as 1 application of those other brands (even more expensive ones) I wake up with my clothes drenched in sweat. I can't explain how just fixing that one issue has improved quality of life. Also, I've tried some yam creams that I just cannot tolerate the smell of. This zuzuxia wild yam cream has ZERO fragrance! It's a thick cream but it soaks into the skin so well that after maybe 4 minutes there's just softness left behind, no greasy feeling at all. I put a pea sized amount on my lower abdomen and then another pea sized dollop in the fold of my arm or under my breasts or on my neck each day. It lasts so much longer than any of the other brands I've tried also so it's a great value. It's really an easy process so long as you remember to be consistent! Highly recommend!!

It’s not a cream it more of a balm. Glad it’s not a cream because it would mean it was diluted. You only need a pea size a day no more. Don’t put too much on, it’s not a body cream and moisturizer, it’s therapy. Dig out a small amount and it melts as you apply it to a small area. It’s only sticky for a few minutes then your body absorbs it. Works wonders.

I've only been using for about 3 weeks, and I've never had hot flashes so I can't really comment on the hormones but this is a really moisturizing cream and really nice for the neck area, especially if your skin is getting lines/creepy, likes mine is at 46. It doesn't have an added scent (just smells very faintly like a natural product) and a little goes a long way. I've been using this on my neck and the back of my hands and am very happy with it. At this rate, I think this hate will last at least 4-6 months.
