Easy assembly
It arrived sooner than expected. Assembly was easy and instructions clear. I'm wasn't expecting office quilty but for the price it's quite nice. I will update as needed as of now I happy with my purchase.

Look for nice and is sturdy and strong.
Some of the screws were a little hard to get started but once they caught onto the metal they were easy to screw in with the screw driver provided. It took a while because we took our time so we didn't mess anything up. The directions were ok to understand and all the parts were labeled so you knew just how everything went. All in all a very nice little file cabinet for the home.

Assembly instructions were wrong and no customer service at all
The order came promptly and was well packed although there were several minor bends in some of the pieces. We got the cabinet together, but when we went to assemble the drawers the front pieces had an extra piece on the back that could not be removed. They were not on either the directions or the video. There is no number to call but there was a gmail address to write to which I did twice (with photos) but received no answer leaving me with a cabinet I could not use and drawers I could not assemble. What company has only gmail support and doesn't answer?
