Q: Does this come in smaller sizes?

I have two Alcott leash luggage bags, and I would say they are small and large. The smaller fits on the retractable 6-foot and large fits on 26-foot retractable.

Thank you for your question. This is not a retractable leash. It is a holder that you can attach to your belt or elsewhere to hold a retractable leash sold separately. The case has a two large storage compartments for treats, car keys, waste bags, etc.

Q: Could this fit on a 5.4” x 3.5” retractable leash?

From our experience it will fit on most any retractable leash. We have used it on three different brands of retractable leashes.
