This is a great little machine highly portable and easy to use and operate. Provides instant critical information on heart beat and rhythm and can be easily connected to an i phone or tablet to retain and record all your readings taken with all supporting detail. It certainly does provide confidence having it close by and available at any time. Also beneficial when attending related doctors or hospital appointments to have such data readily available to support such consultations.

For someone elderly or not so computer literate, this is an excellent product. The instructions are easy to follow. It can be downloaded to either phone or computer. I was able to send the reports to my GP by email, but they can also be sent via WhatsApp, downloaded as PDF files on computer or printed out as hard copies. There are 2 concise manuals for phone app or computer, but the monitor also stores the readings which can be checked on the screen. If you have a possible heart problem, there is no extra stress about how to operate this. The monitor itself is light and pocket-sized, easy to carry if needed. Clear battery life indicator, display is clear to read. I am very satisfied with this product.

Having had arrhythmias and tachycardia my GP referred me for a 24 hour ECG - typically my heart didn't miss a beat for the whole time I was hooked up! So I did some research to find a device that I could use as and when I detected abnormal heart activity. I initially ordered the Emay EMG, but found it difficult to get good contacts with the electrodes due to arthritis in my hands, so I went ahead and arranged return, and ordered the EMAY 6L which is in a different league altogether - so much easier to hold and get a reading. The 6 lead model provides a detailed and informative ECG reading while still being extremely easy to use. The device is compact and portable, comes with clear instructions, and taking a reading only takes a minute. The readings appear quickly and the level of detail is significantly greater than the single-channel version. The accompanying app works well and allows the ECG traces to be stored, reviewed and shared, and I expect my doctor will appreciate the detailed output - it's so easy to share my readings with the surgery via email. I'm very grateful to have this information as it will help to inform a treatment plan and hopefully improve the issues I've been having.

This is an excellent device. It is small, portable and very easy to set up, to use and to charge. You don't have to download the Emay app for it to work but it is better if you do, as you can share the results with others, and save them as a back-up on your computer for your own records (they are also stored on the device). It is very simple and quick to use - just place it on your bare left knee so the back electrode has skin contact, place thumbs over the front electrodes and hold for 30 seconds. The device gives instant results which you can download through the app, in less than a minute, to print out or share. For anyone with heart health concerns, it is a good way of self-monitoring and avoiding unnecessary trips to the doctor every time you feel a twinge. Of course, it doesn’t replace professional advice but when you get a 'no abnormalities' result it gives peace of mind, and if abnormalities are detected, you have the evidence to show your doctor. It stores information for two users, and is an essential piece of kit for anyone worried about heart health, especially those with occasional arrhythmias or (often harmless) ectopic beats. I have used the smaller version before but I prefer this 6-lead version as it gives a fuller picture. Highly recommended.

Single lead ECGs on watches have limitations especially on atrial arrhythmias, tending to report all as atrial fibrillation (AF). Six-lead traces will give your clinician far more detail. In reviews this Emay was generally recommended as the best available. It is able to distinguish between a wide range of arrhythmias and especially for people with premature atrial complexes (PACs) which will not show up as AF, but as missed beats or if other abnormalities are present as arrythmia. This is important because management of/clinical response to PACs and AF are different. It is easy enough to use after a little practice and reports can be uplifted to both mobile phones and PCs making sharing with your clinicians easy.. The battery lasts for ages on a single charge. It comes with good instructions. If you want, it can make a one-lead ECG. Settings allow you to vary the trace duration giving great flexibility. The construction is robust. They offer a prompt help desk service by email. For the quality module you get it isn’t expensive either. I can highly recommend this product. You should obviously always get medical advice as well.

I have a history of mitral valve prolapse syndrome (Barlow’s Syndrome). I felt that in 1980 and visited the cardiologist who let me see it in the ECG he performed for me. That appeared in the form of a Premature Ventricular Complex (PVC). Later, I followed up my case, everytime to undergo an ECG and get a report. Ten years ago, the cardiologist discovered Aortic Valve insufficiency with increased blood regurgitation of both the mitral and the aortic valves, a mild left ventricle hypertrophy and an increased number of PVCs. Recently, I felt that my case needed more frequent visits to the cardiologist for follow-up or, if there is someway, to try to observe oneslf at home. The Emay monitor seems to be an excellent device to use everday to see if there are any developments. This helps to decide on when to visit the cardiologist. My son who is a frequent customer of Amazon, decided to bring it as a gift to me. I am observing my ECG using this monitor on daily basis and I feel it is giving me peace of mind. Of course, according to the EMAY development team recommendations, if I feel any dangerous developments, I will immediately visit my cardiologist. I bought the Emay 6L Portable EKG Monitor to keep an eye on some irregular heart rhythms, and I’m incredibly impressed with its performance. The setup was quick and user-friendly. It’s very intuitive, and would work for someone who isn’t tech-savvy. The 6-lead EKG provides much more detailed information than most handheld monitors, and the results are easy to read. The Bluetooth connection is solid, and the app interface is super clean and simple. The monitor is lightweight, compact, and perfect for travel. I love having peace of mind wherever I go. Battery life seems really good so far. You can get readings and immediate results without using the app or with the app if that's more your style. I like not having to use my phone to access the info and this monitor can do both unlike other monitors I considered. The monitor is very sturdy, and has a nice weight to it. Not heavy, but solid. If you’re looking for a high-quality, portable heart monitor that gives you accurate results and fits in your pocket, this is the one. Also, the company checked in with me a couple weeks after I received the monitor to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful small device that is even smaller than a smart phone in order to take a six lead ECG and monitor your heart health. After following instructions, and downloading the app it is very simple and easy to use. One of the best things I like about this device is that it does not require a subscription in order to use and get the full benefit benefits. Originally, I had my mind set on the Kardia Mobile 6 lead device but after doing further review and understanding that it would require a subscription after the first years use, it made me change my mind and I was fortunate able to find this Emay 6 lead ecg that does the same thing if not better and not being tied down having to buy a subscription. One important thing to understand about this product is that it is very sensitive. I tried using it well driving in a car as a passenger and with all the bumps and vibration and movement I was not able to take an accurate reading. It’s best to be at home or in a quiet place with the fewest distractions as possible and the product works perfectly. Well, worth the price to pay $165.00 for.
