You get 4 pieces, which is a great deal compared to the one I got from my dentist years ago that cost around $250 with insurance. It’s obviously not the same as a custom dental guard, but it’s close enough and it definitely works for my nightly grinding. The process was easy, the design is good, and it stays in place. I’ve only been using it for almost a week, so I can’t speak on durability yet, but so far it’s working well.
