Very cute chair, simple to put together. Squeaks terribly after 3 months of use. Update-merchant offered great customer service when I notified there was an issue. I appreciate their attentiveness.

When I originally received this chair the wooden rocker pieces were not in the box. Amazon would not let me contact the seller and I had to ask for a refund and reorder the chair. The company then reached out to me, sent a whole new chair and then issued a refund on the new chair I had ordered. This chair is also a great chair for my kids room. It is very easy to assemble and comfortable.

I was very happy to sit in the chair and know it was good quality for a good price. I wish it had a matching ottoman, but overall it's very comfortable and I am happy with this purchase. I had a slight hiccup that I wont go into detail about because it doesn't effect my review, but when I reached out to their team for support, they were fast at responding and taking care of me. Great customer service team. Thank you!
